More management-speak rubbish

  This from Stenners of London:

In response to gripe Management Speak - Bollocks. I have a few more offerings that I'd like to share with you in the hope that they are included.

  • "Singing from the same hymn sheet"
  • "Air traffic control"
  • "Throwing your arms around (usually around a subject as opposed to a colleague)"
  • "to be actively onboard"
  • "face time" (a bit passé maybe but I think worth including)

These are just a few....I'm sure if I did a bit more research I could unearth some more beauties. Apologies if I have duplicated any already on the list. Cheers

Note from Leesie:

Thanks, Stenners. These have been included in the original list. Please notify me if you disagree with any of my definitions. After all, I'm fairly new to projects and as such, have only been learning Management Speak for the last few months. At this stage, I would say I'm of the following standard:

Written:                        Intermediate
Spoken:                       Conversational
Translate:                    Basic
